Delivery & Liability
We deliver through trusted third-party partners like Zomato, Swiggy, and our in-house delivery system. While we aim for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by external delivery partners, natural events, or technical issues. Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled if the preparation has begun.
Pricing & Payment
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Taxes, packaging, and delivery charges may apply. We accept online payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment gateways. Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
Refunds & Cancellations
Please refer to our dedicated Refund Policy for more details. Refunds are provided only under valid circumstances and after proper verification. Taste preferences or third-party delays are not valid reasons for a refund.
User Conduct & Restrictions
Users must not misuse the website, submit false orders, or attempt to duplicate our content, branding, or services. Any fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or violation of our terms may result in service denial and legal action.
Intellectual Property

Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Illegal Activities & Penalty Clause
Any act of plagiarism, misuse of our brand, illegal copying of website content, concept, design, media, or fraudulent representation of CurrySatti’s identity will lead to immediate legal action. Offenders will be liable to pay a legal penalty of ₹10,00,000 (Rupees Ten Lakhs) as compensation for damages.
